I remember during my Sci-hi days that I always participated in Science Investigatory Projects and I even won during my 2nd year together with my team mates. My sci-hi friends/batch mates labeled the term URSALIZATION, from what I understood that time was a process of becoming me, in fact a process which has no clear definition. URSALIZATION was just an invented term after we won the contest, which associates my involvement in the scientific community. And that was 16 years ago!
But then I just realized now, URSALIZATION is a transformation process of upgrading oneself. It can even converge different field of expertise. This may sound complex yet very interesting. And this is exactly the nature of URSALIZATION.
